Van Elle Holdings plc (AIM:VANL) announces that it has been notified that Mrs Mary Nelson, PCA of Mr Frank Nelson, Non-Executive Chairman, has purchased 61,149 ordinary shares in the Company at 39 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mrs Nelson owns 100,000 ordinary shares representing 0.094% of the Company's voting share capital.
