Director / PDMR Shareholding
Van Elle Holdings plc (AIM:VANL) the UK's largest ground engineering contractor, announces it has been notified of the following transactions over ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Mark Cutler, Chief Executive Officer, has exercised options pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Scheme ("LTIP") in respect of 419,471 Ordinary Shares (the "LTIP Awards") at an exercise price of 2 pence per share. Mr Cutler subsequently sold 189,803 Ordinary Shares to meet the cost of the associated personal taxation liabilities.
The LTIP Awards have been satisfied by way of transfer from the Employee Benefit Trust.
Following these transactions, Mr Cutler and those persons closely associated with him, are interested in 1,297,096 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.20% of the Company's issued share capital.
