Van Elle Holdings plc (AIM: VANL) the UK's largest ground engineering contractor, announces it has been notified of the following transactions over ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Mark Cutler, Chief Executive Officer, has exercised options pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Scheme ("LTIP") in respect of 1,234,837 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 2 pence per share.
Graeme Campbell, Chief Financial Officer, has exercised options pursuant to the Company's LTIP in respect of 676,119 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 2 pence per share.
Following these transactions, Mr Cutler and those persons closely associated with him, are interested in 2,531,933 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.3% of the Company's issued share capital and Graeme Campbell and those persons closely associated with him, are interested in 884,128 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.79% of the Company's issued share capital.
