Block Listing Application
Van Elle Holdings plc (AIM: VANL), the UK's largest ground engineering contractor, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission to trading on AIM of 447,500 new ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
The shares will be admitted under a block listing facility in order to satisfy the future exercise of options pursuant to the Company's Share Option Plan 2016 scheme.
It is expected that admission of the new Ordinary Shares will become effective at 08.00 a.m. on 24 March 2023. The new Ordinary Shares will rank, pari passu, with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue and the new Ordinary Shares will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Company's Share Option Plan 2016 scheme.
