Issue of equity
Further to the announcement on 5 May, 2009, the Company is pleased to confirm that it has raised £199,999.98, before expenses, via a placing of 16,666,665 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1.2p per share.
The admission of 16,666,665 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM is expected to occur today. On admission, the Company will have 153,145,030 Ordinary Shares in issue.
