Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
US Solar Fund plc (LON: USF (USD)/USFP (GBP)) is pleased to announce that the Notice of its 2022 AGM is now available to view on the Company's website at https://www.ussolarfund.co.uk/investor-centre/key-documents-and-disclosure.
The AGM will be held at 12.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 24 May 2022 at The Scalpel, 18th Floor, 52 Lime Street, London EC3M 7AF.
The formal Notice of AGM will be posted to those shareholders who have elected postal correspondence and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
Format of AGM
Shareholders are invited to attend the AGM in person. The AGM will also be webcast so that shareholders may follow the proceedings online, however, shareholders attending virtually will not be able to vote at the AGM and will not be counted in the quorum.
A presentation from the Investment Manager will be shared during the AGM and the slides will be available on the Company's website immediately following the meeting. Shareholders will be able to ask questions of the Investment Manager and Board following the presentation. Shareholders attending virtually will be able to submit questions through the webcast platform.
