URU Metals Limited("URU Metals" or "the Company")
Suspension of trading on AIM pending publication of annual accounts
URU Metals announces that the Company will be unable to publish its audited annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2018 (the "Accounts") by 30 September 2018, as required by Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules").This is due to the delay of information exchange between the Company's previous auditors and its current auditor.
The Company is in the process of finalising the audit process with the Company's new auditors. The preliminary results will be announced, and the Accounts published, as soon as possible. The Company anticipates that it will be able to publish the Accounts during the week commencing 01 October 2018.
Due to the delay in publishing of the annual report and accounts, dealings in the Company's ordinary shares will be temporarily suspended under AIM Rule 40 from 7.30 a.m. on Monday 01 October 2018 until such time as the Accounts have been duly published in compliance with AIM Rule 19.
Notwithstanding the temporary suspension of trading in the Ordinary Shares, the Company will continue to make announcements as and when there are any developments that require announcement under the AIM Rules.
