The following correction is being made to the date of which the shareholder register analysis was analysed being as at 30 September 2025.

Correction: Result of shareholder analysis
URU announces that, following the completion of an independent third-party shareholder register analysis of depositary interest holdings, the Company is aware of the following significant shareholders as at 30 September 2025, being those with an interest in 3% or more of the depositary interests representing the ordinary issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
