("URU Metals", "URU" or "the Company")
Holdings in Company
The Company was notified on 19 March 2012 by NWT Uranium Corporation ("NWT") that between 16 March and 19 March 2012, NWT had made purchases of URU Metals ordinary shares through its 100% owned subsidiary Niketo Co. Ltd, such that NWT now has a total beneficial interest in 49,773,339 ordinary shares in URU representing 43.94% of URU's issued share capital.
NWT informed the Company that it had recently made the following purchases:

NWT further informed URU Metals that the third transaction was the purchase of ordinary shares in the Company from Midland Resource Holdings Ltd.
