Admission of Shares to Listing

Total Voting Rights Announcement

Following the issue of 1,769,355 new shares of no par value announced on 20th March 2018, the Company is pleased to confirm that such shares were admitted to listing on the standard listing segment of the Official List maintained by of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities at 8.00 a.m. yesterday.

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 29 March 2018, the Company has 459,012,060 shares of no par value in issue, none of which are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 459,012,060.

The above figure of 459,012,060 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
