Publication of Prospectus

Further to its announcement on 13 June 2018 of the proposed placing of 120,000,000 new shares on no par value in the Company at 2.5p per share (the "Placing") to raise £3.0 million (before expenses), Upland Resources Limited (LSE: UPL), the oil and gas company actively building a portfolio of attractive upstream assets, is pleased to announce the publication today of its Prospectus dated 18 June 2018 in connection with the Placing, which includes a Competent Person's Report dated 24 April 2018 prepared by Blackwatch Petroleum Services Limited.

The Prospectus, which has been approved by the UK Listing Authority, has been published on the Company's website at http://www.uplandres.com and is also available at the FCA's Document Storage Mechanism at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
