Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") of the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA"), United announces that the Company's issued share capital consists of 1,541,353,969 ordinary shares of £0.00001 each carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares currently held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,541,353,969 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's DTRs.
