Umeco plc - Notification of changes in Directors & PDMRs interests

Umeco plc announces the following changes to the interests of Directors & PDMRs in 25 pence ordinary shares. On 12 June 2009, deferred share awards were made under the Umeco Bonus Plan to Messrs Snowdon, Robertson and Moss. In addition, the 2006 deferred share awards made to Messrs Snowdon and Moss matured. The price paid for shares acquired for the 2009 deferred share awards was 230.9011 pence per share.
