BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina behavioural health provider, Companion Benefit Alternatives, becomes Ultrasis' latest US customer

Ultrasis, the leading provider of cognitive behavioral therapy for stress and mild to moderate depression, is pleased to announce that its US joint venture, U² Interactive has secured a three year contract with South Carolina based Companion Benefit Alternatives ("CBA").

CBA have over 1.2 million members and is South Carolina's largest provider of behavioral health and substance misuse services. Its customers include:

·; BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina and its national Blue partners

·; Federal Employee Program

·; Planned Administrators, Inc.

Nigel Brabbins, CEO of Ultrasis said "This is a significant breakthrough for U² Interactive. Securing this 3 year contract with CBA, a behavioural health provider to BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, should attract great interest from many other health insurers and healthcare providers."

Combined, they provide, directly or indirectly, health insurance to over 99 million Americans and are an obvious target for U² and Beating the Blues US.
