BEATING THE BLUES APPROVED FOR REIMBURSEMENT IN THE NETHERLANDS
Ultrasis plc, the provider of interactive healthcare and associated services, is pleased to announce that from April 1st 2010 Dutch health insurance companies have approved Beating the Blues as a reimbursable treatment for depression within basic health insurance cover in the Netherlands.
Our exclusive partners in the Netherlands, Innohealth B.V., are pioneering the delivery of Beating the Blues through their network of therapists and believe that this form of treatment will both increase access and provide a more cost effective model of treatment. The model to be used involves the delivery of Beating the Blues by therapists, who will continue to remotely monitor progress and manage the care of patients.
