Resignation of non-executive director
The Company announces the resignation of one its board members with immediate effect. Anthony Knight has stood down as a non-executive director of Ultrasis.
The board thanks Mr Knight for his service to the Company and expects to announce the appointment of a new independent non-executive director in the near future.
