Ultrasis PLC08 June 2006 Ultrasis plc ("Ultrasis") Issue of Equity The board of Ultrasis announces that, in connection with the Scheme ofArrangement to acquire Healthstar Group plc which became effective on 16 May2006, it has allotted a further 13,301,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p eachfollowing the exercise of all the options outstanding under the Healthstar ShareOption Scheme which were not exercised at the time of the Scheme becomingeffective. The Company has also allotted 3,051,948 ordinary shares of 0.1p inconnection with professional fees incurred in relation to the Scheme. Application has been made for the admission of the 16,352,948 new ordinaryshares of 0.1 pence each to trading on the AIM market. The new ordinary shareswill rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company anddealings in the new ordinary shares is expected to commence on 9 June 2006.
