Director's shareholding
The Company announcesĀ that todayĀ Dr Oliver Leisten, Chief Technology Officer, purchased 195,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.5 pence per shares, equivalent toĀ 0.10Ā per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
Following theĀ purchase, Dr Leisten now holds 252,692Ā Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.13Ā per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
