BOARD CHANGES
Business Post Group plc announces the appointment of Michael Findlay to the Board as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1 September 2009.
Michael has held senior roles in the Corporate Broking departments of UBS and Merrill Lynch International. At Merrill Lynch he was Co-Head of the Corporate Broking business from 2004 until his retirement in April 2009.
Peter Kane, Chairman, said:
"The Board are very pleased to welcome Michael to the Board. His corporate broking and broad City experience will be major assets to the business".
There is nothing further to disclose relating to Mr Findlay's appointment pursuant to Section 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
As previously advised, Philip Stephens retires as a Non-Executive Director with effect from today's Annual General Meeting.
