BOARD CHANGES
Business Post Group plcย announces the appointment ofย Michael Findlayย to the Board asย aย Non-Executive Director, withย effectย from 1 September 2009.
Michael has held senior roles in the Corporate Broking departments of UBS andย Merrill Lynch International. Atย Merrill Lynch he wasย Co-Headย of the Corporate Broking business fromย 2004 until his retirement in April 2009.
Peter Kane, Chairman, said:
"The Board are very pleased to welcome Michael to the Board. His corporate broking and broad City experience will be major assets to the business".
There is nothing further to disclose relating to Mrย Findlay'sย appointment pursuant to Section 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
As previously advised, Philip Stephens retires as aย Non-Executiveย Director with effect from today's Annual Generalย Meeting.
