Business Post announces that on 22 September 2009, Shane Scott, a PDMR of the Company was granted options ('Options') under the Business Post Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2009 (the 'Plan') to acquire 28,354 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company for nil consideration.
The Options will vest on the third anniversary of grant subject to the grantee's continued employment and the satisfaction of performance conditions assessing the Company's earnings per share growth and the Company's total shareholder return relative to a comparator group comprising of the constituent companies of the FTSE All Share Index (excluding investment trusts).
Shane Scott only has an interest in the options relating to this announcement; he currently holds no voting rights in Business Post Group.
