Board Meeting of United Bank Limited ("UBL")
This is to inform you that 188th Meeting of the Board of Directors of UBL will be held on Wednesday, 19 February 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Karachi, Pakistan, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Annual Accounts of UBL for the year ended 31 December 2013.

The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from 10 February 2014 to 19 February 2014 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance 2012 contained in the Listing Regulations of the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly or indirectly, deal in / buy & sell the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
