Dear Sir,
Dispatch of Final Dividend Warrants and Bonus Shares for the year 2008 as approved at the 50th Annual General Meeting of UBL held on 20 April 2009.
We are pleased to inform you that the Dividend Warrants of Physical and CDC Shareholders in respect of Final Dividend @ Re.1.00 (Rupee One Only) i.e.10% per share and share certificates in respect of Bonus Shares of Physical Shareholders in proportion to one share for every ten shares held i.e. 10% for the year ended 31 December 2008 have been dispatched to all our shareholders through registered post on 6 May 2009.
The Bonus Shares of CDC Account Holders have already been credited to their respective Accounts maintained at Central Depository Company of Pakistan on 2 May 2009.
