Emergent BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK

LIMITED ("UBL") other than financial results

This is to inform you that an emergent meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Monday, 11September 2023 through WebEx at 03:00 p.m. (Pakistan Standard Time). On the conclusion of the meeting, if there is any material information, it shall be disseminated accordingly.

The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 08 September 2023 to 11 September 2023 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulation. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
