Board Meeting of United Bank Limited ("UBL")
This is to inform you that 186th Meeting of the Board of Directors of UBL will be held on Thursday, 24 October 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Abu Dhabi, UAE, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Third Quarter Accounts of UBL for the period ended 30 September 2013.
We will communicate the financial results for the said period to the exchanges on same day from our fax numbers (021) 32411749 or (021) 99033-2304.
The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from 14 October 2013 to 24 October 2013 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance 2012 contained in the Listing Regulations of the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly or indirectly, deal in / buy & sell the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
