Development Securities PLC13 July 2007 Development Securities PLC announces funding agreement with Fiducia Group Development Securities announces that it has entered into a £15m revolvingfive-year funding arrangement with Fiducia Group. Fiducia Group, trading through its two main subsidiaries, Henry DavidsonDevelopments Ltd and Eden Park Developments Limited, develops the commercialcomponent of residential neighbourhood centres, residential town centredevelopments and offices and warehouses. It has an extensive pipeline ofprojects derived from a close relationship with the major house buildingcompanies and local authorities. The purpose of the funding arrangements now agreed are to provide Fiducia withthe equity component needed when securing land and construction facilities.
