Development Securities announced today that Julian Barwick will be stepping down from the Board of Development Securities Plc on 1st March 2015. Julian will retain his position as a Director of DS (Projects) Ltd, the main development subsidiary of the Group and will be continuing his employment in that capacity albeit on a reduced time basis.
Michael Marx commented:
Julian has been an exemplary Board colleague for 16 years over which time he has masterminded many major office development projects. I am glad that, as Julian reduces his time commitment to the business, he will still nevertheless be contributing significantly to our endeavours in the years ahead in particular with regard to Hammersmith Grove, Southwark Station, Becket House and Harwell.
