Grant of saye options
On 22 December 2014, Grants of Options were made through the Development Securities PLC Approved Save As You Earn Option Plan (the "Plan"). The options were in respect of ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the share capital of Development Securities Plc.
All employees of the Company were eligible to subscribe for share options at £1.792 under the Plan which are exercisable at the end of a three year savings contract ending 1 February 2018. The Plan rules follow HMRC guidance and limit each employee to a maximum saving of £500 per month over the three year period of the Plan.
Options have been granted to the following Executive Directors who elected to participate in the Plan:
