Tex Holdings PLC01 June 2005 Tex Holdings plc Annual General Meeting - Wednesday 1st June 2005 Announcement made by the Chairman at 12.20pm Chairman's Brief Update on Trading As noted in my statement in the 2004 report & accounts published on 26th April2005, trading in Plastics and Boards & Panels continues to be in line withexpectation in the early months of the calendar year, whilst Engineering hasexperienced some delays in demand being manifested into firm orders. This lattersituation is now showing signs of improvement and we are expecting a furtherpick up in business through to the half year date on 30th June. This shouldleave us in a stronger position to enter the second half, and would help to givethe company a good run into the calendar year end. A.R.B.
