Le Bas Limited which is the holding company of Le Bas Investment Trust Limited.

Le Bas Limited is itself wholly owned by The EB Burrows 2001 Settlement Trust, a trust whose settlors were ARB Burrows and his wife AM Burrows. The trustees of The EB Burrows 2001 Settlement Trust are AM Burrows, EB Burrows, HE Cobbald and E Caley. The beneficiary of the trust is EB Burrows (the son of ARB Burrows) who has a life interest in the income of the trust.

Edward Le Bas Limited, a subsidiary of Le Bas Investment Trust Limited, is the registered holder of 1,180,789 ordinary 10p shares in the capital of the offeree.

Minnowdown Limited holds 110,784 ordinary 10p shares in the capital of the offeree as a nominee for Mark Harrison, a director of Le Bas Investment Trust Limited.

Pearl Harrison, Mark Harrison's mother, holds 4,000 ordinary 10p shares in the capital of the offeree.

Suzanna Harrison, Mark Harrison's daughter, holds 5,000 ordinary 10p shares in the capital of the offeree.

The Pension & Assurance Scheme of Edward Le Bas Limited, of which Edward Le Bas Limited (a 100% subsidiary of the offeror) is the sponsoring employer, holds 385,000 ordinary 10p shares in the capital of the offeree.
