Board Change:
Mike Hussey stands down as an Independent Non Executive Director
The Board of Taylor Wimpey plc announces that Mike Hussey is standing down as an Independent Non Executive Director, with immediate effect.
Mike has served the Board and the Nomination Committee since his appointment in July 2011 and the Audit Committee since February 2013.
Kevin Beeston, Chairman, commented:
"On behalf of the Board of Taylor Wimpey plc, I would like to express the Board's gratitude to Mike, who, after seven years' service, has decided to stand down as a Non Executive Director to focus on his own substantial private company interests and his growing commitments in the charity sector.
