2014 Annual Report and Accounts incorporating the Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting

The Company's 2015 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00am on Thursday 23 April

2015 at The British Medical Association, BMA House, Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9JP.

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 4.1.3., the Company announces that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2014 incorporating the Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting and the Proxy Form are today being posted to shareholders. A copy of each of the documents, together with the Notice of Availability to shareholders receiving Web communications, has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available at its web site http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
