Block Listing Application

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a Block Listing totalling 6,500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Taylor Wimpey plc ('the Company') to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.

The Block Listing consists of 6,500,000 shares to be issued under the Taylor Wimpey Savings-Related Share Option Plan.

When issued, these shares will rank equally with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

It is expected that admission will commence on or shortly after 27 November 2017.
