 Board Changes

Tungsten West (LON:TUN), the mining company focused on restarting production at the Hemerdon tungsten and tin mine in Devon, UK, announces that, following his appointment as Interim Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"), announced 5 June 2024, Alistair Stobie has now been appointed to the Board as an Executive Director.

AIM Rules for Companies, Schedule 2(g) Disclosures

As required by Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company confirms that Mr. Alistair Stobie, aged 57, currently holds or has held the following directorships and partnerships in the last five years:

Mr. Stobie does not hold any ordinary shares or options in the Company.

Other than as provided in this announcement, no other disclosures in relation to Mr Alistair Stobie are required under Rule 17 and schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Resignation of Director

The Company also announces that following Neil Gawthorpe's resignation as CEO, he has stepped down from the board of directors, and as an employee of the Company with immediate effect following finalisation of his Settlement Agreement.
