TT Electronics plc Sharesave Scheme

TT Electronics plc ("the Company") operates a Sharesave Scheme ("the Scheme") which is open to all employees in the UK subject to certain requirements. Participants can choose to save up to £500 a month over a three year period.

Pursuant to the Scheme, options were granted on 26 September 2014 at an option price of 136p per ordinary share of 25p each to the following Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility of the Company:

Shatish Dasani

Pat Murray

John Leighton-Jones

Each of these individuals is eligible to participate in the Scheme and, having capacity within the savings limit, has chosen to save £250 per month. They were each granted an option over 6,617 shares which will normally be exercisable between 1 November 2017 and 30 April 2018.
