TT Electronics plc ("the Company") announces that Neil Carson, the Company's Chairman who was appointed in 2015, has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of TI Fluid Systems plc ("TIFS"), with immediate effect. Neil has also been appointed Deputy Chairman, Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of TIFS.
