Director's Shareholding
Tristel plc ("Tristel" or the "Company"), the manufacturer of infection control, contamination control and hygiene products, announces that the Company was yesterday informed that Mr Antonio Soler, Non-Executive Director, acquired 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on Monday 8 August 2011 at a price of 42.4p per share.
Following this transaction Mr Antonio Soler is interested in 20,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
