Directors' Shareholdings
Tristel plc ("Tristel" or the "Company"), the manufacturer of infection control, contamination control and hygiene products, announces that the Company has been informed that on 27 April 2012, Peter Stephens, Non-Executive Director, sold 150,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of Tristel ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 32.9p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Stephens now holds 778,521 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.95% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Furthermore, on that day, Mr Francisco Soler, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 33p per share. Following this purchase Mr Soler and his family's interests total 8,698,877 Ordinary Shares representing 21.75% of the issued share capital of the Company. These interests are held through certain related vehicles as follows:
