Tristel PLC03 August 2007 Tristel PLC (the "Company") Directors Dealings The Company was informed on 3 August 2007 that on that day Paul Swinney, ChiefExecutive of the Company, sold 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company("Shares") at a price of 55p per share. This was in order to provide funds topartially settle a tax liability that Mr Swinney incurred in June 2005 inrelation to the Admission of the Company to AIM. Following this transaction, MrSwinney holds 2,494,969 Ordinary Shares, representing 10.21% of the total votingrights.
