Belgravium Technologies PLC24 April 2007 For immediate release 24 April 2007 Belgravium Technologies plc ("the Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding The Company announces that share options over 315,788 new ordinary shares of 5peach in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') have been exercised by John Kembery,Chairman of the Company, under the Company's share option scheme, at a price of9.5p per share under the Company's share option scheme. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM on or about 30 April 2007. For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial ServicesAuthority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinaryshares of 5p in issue, following this exercise of options, is 100,741,547Ordinary Shares, all of which carry one vote. There are no shares which areheld in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 100,741,547.
