Director/PDMR Shareholding
Investeco Overseas Holdings Ltd., a company controlled by Mr. Konrad P Legg, Chairman of Coburg, informed the Company on 24 January 2011 that, on 20 January 2011, it had purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company pursuant to the placing announced on the same day.
Following this transaction Mr. Konrad P Legg holds 52,550 ordinary shares of the Company in his own name and 40,000 ordinary shares of the Company in the name of Investeco Overseas Holdings Ltd., representing a total interest in 22.41% of the Company's total voting rights
