Coburg Group PLC09 September 2005 RELEASED IN ERROR The Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released on 9 September 2005 at 16:25 under RNS No 1042R omitted the shareholding for Chris Birkle. COBURG GROUP PLC Placing of 7,200,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each, fully paid at 6p per share Coburg Group PLC (the"Company") wishes to announce that it has completed afundraising of £432,000 through a placing with Directors and other investors of7,200,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each, fully paid at 6p per share. The fundsraised will be used to provide additional working capital and to help fund theCompany's continuing drive towards overall profitability. The Placing is subject, inter alia, to the admission to trading on AIM of3,960,000 new ordinary shares by 13 September 2005. The issue and admission ofthe remaining 3,240,000 new ordinary shares are subject to the passing ofcertain resolutions by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on14 September 2005 and thereafter to admission to trading on AIM by 21 September2005. Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of the first3,960,000 ordinary shares with admission expected to take place on 13 September.
