Tesco PLC (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's Ordinary shares of 6 1/3 pence each undertaken by Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR").
Tesco PLC Share Incentive Plan (The "Plan")
1. On 26 February 2021, the Trustees of the Plan purchased Ordinary shares of 6 pence each in the Company under the Plan's Dividend Re-Investment scheme on behalf of the PDMRs as set out below:
