Second Supplement dated 19 April 2024 to the Offering Circular dated 10 July 2023 (as supplemented by the first supplement dated 18 October 2023) of the Tesco PLC, Tesco Corporate Treasury Services PLC and Tesco Corporate Treasury Services Europe DAC £15,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed in the case of Notes issued by each of Tesco Corporate Treasury Services PLC and Tesco Corporate Treasury Services Europe DAC by Tesco PLC.
