Director/PDMR shareholding - acquisition of shares
Transense Technologies plc (AIM: TRT), the developer of specialist sensor systems, has been notified that Nigel Rogers, Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 88.25p per share through his SIPP. Accordingly, Nigel Rogers' total beneficial shareholding in the Company has increased to 240,000 ordinary shares, which represents 1.46% per cent. of the issued share capital.
