Transense Technologies plc, the provider of specialist sensor systems, was notified today that Judith Westhead, the wife of Rodney Westhead (Non-Executive Director of Transense) acting as Trustee of Ricardo Supplementary Pension Scheme (no 1) has today purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 62 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, their beneficial interest will be 10,655 Ordinary Shares representing 0.07% of the Company.
