Transense Technologies PLC03 December 2007 Transense Technologies plc ("Transense" or the "Company") Proposed Directorate Changes The Board of Transense (the "Board"), the UK-based technology licensing company,is considering a number of Board changes. Specifically, they are considering theappointment of David Kleeman as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company and MelvynSegal as a Non-Executive Director (the "Proposed Directors"). The Board is currently discussing these proposed appointments, which are alsosubject to satisfactory due diligence on the Proposed Directors being completedby the Company's nominated adviser, Noble & Company Limited ("Noble"). Subject to the appointment of the Proposed Directors it is proposed that JimPerry, Chief Executive Officer would move to Vice Chairman and Peter Woods,Non-Executive Chairman and Antony Baldry, a Non-Executive Director, would bothretire from the Company.
