Net Asset Value update

As part of the UK Growth Plan 2022, released on 23 September 2022, the Chancellor of the Exchequer announced that the rate of UK Corporation Tax will remain unchanged at 19 per cent. This replaces the previously legislated increase to 25 per cent. that was due to come into effect from April 2023 and had been assumed in the Company's NAV valuation. InfraRed, TRIG's Investment Manager estimates that this change, taken in isolation, would increase the 30 June 2022 NAV per share of 134.2p by approximately 5 pence.
