Retirement of Senior Independent Director Shelagh Mason

Shelagh Mason, the Senior Independent Director on the Board of Directors of TRIG today retires from her position. Shelagh has been on the Board of Directors of TRIG since the Company's IPO in 2013. The Company's Directors and Managers extend their thanks to Ms Mason for her invaluable contribution to the success of TRIG over the last nine years.

John Whittle, who was appointed to the TRIG Board on 1 July 2021, will assume the role of the Senior Independent Director on Ms Mason's retirement.
