Trifast PLC17 April 2008 TRIFAST PLC Year End Trading Update Notice of Results ('Trifast' or 'the Group') 17 April 2008 Trifast plc a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of industrial fasteners andcomponents, is pleased to announce an update on trading for the financial yearended 31 March 2008. As set out in the Interim Management Statement dated 13 February, 2008 theGroup's profit before tax (before restructuring costs, intangible amortisationand IFRS2 charge) for the year ending 31 March 2008 will be broadly in line withthat reported for the year ended 31 March 2007, that is, £8.8 million. Thistrading performance represents an improvement in operating margin to 8% from7.4% in the previous year.
